Hard to say, the RC has been Boks here first. But changes may well be coming - Japan etc

@Tim do they usually issue apologies for referee errors?
They didnt issue an apology to Benjamin Fall when they threw Gardner under the bus did they? Given that, on the surface to wipe out a Red Card, was supposedly a huge ref blunder....

I don't think so - sets a precedent. The ABs got an apology for the TMO not following protocol in the game below but that was a unique situation (hometown TMO).

I recall some sort of admission one time after Wyatt Crockett was incorrectly penalised a number of times v Italy when Castrogiovanni looked a million lira but was the transgressor
