Dying
-
Back on Aging: someone mentined having to get up to pee in the middle of the night. I now try to avoid any form of caffeine after 3PM and even stop water and other fluids after dinner. But at 4AM I'm still getting a kick from the bladder?
Think I need to exercise more. In my 30s when I got fit, I don't remember having any issues sleeping through the night.
Running is a lot harder I've found, even with the migraine-related issues I have on aerobic exercise these days. Fucking cholesterol meds are shit. My cardiologist is no fun - wants me on aspirin and statins the rest of my life because my old man carked it of heart disease*, but won't give me Cialis!
*Even after I mentioned he was a 2-pack a day smoker and ate his own weight in red meat regularly.
Tried a plant based diet for a month or two to see how it impacts your cholesterol levels? All the men in my family have died of heart disease, diabetes etc. We used to keep the fat from the frying pan to add to our meals
I am plant based and have very low Cholesterol levels now.

@chimoaus My bacon starts life as leaves, roots, fruits, and flowers... Does that count as plant based?
If it makes you feel better then yes.

Guys. Prostate check. Get it done. No joke, just get it done.
is it best while she is gobbling the old fella? Or while you are all up in her?
Your doctor sounds much more innovative than mine

It has been a while since I had an old dude inside me.
Because proctology seems to only attract old dudes in these parts.

All of our supermarkets now have a Soft Plastics recycling bin at the front of the store, so you can take your plastic bread bags, chip packets, cucumber wrapping etc. and put it there for free to reduce landfill.
My Mrs does this, got a special bin for 'soft plastics' which she will dutifully take down to the supermarket for their plastic recycling. I'd never heard of that before, do you know anything about the process? I was pretty dubious when she told me about it. My concern is that it might be just for show. Great initiative if its legit.

Someone ban @Rembrandt. This thread just started to get interesting again and he brought it back to supermarkets.

Yeah I see the hidden question. So good that @NTA gave you hope she's maybe not actually stepping out on you. "Just off to the supermarket...ummm..soft plastics day".
-
@mariner4life I’m with you. I read as far as the second line ‘and a special bin for her soft plastics’
-
Apologies guys but if memory serves certain discussions involving particular penetrative acts could get tsf in trouble with the Google Staatssicherheitsdienst. So its gotta be super tenuous and vague and if you can't read between the lines that's on you.
Now if you'll excuse me its garbage collection tomorrow so I'm going to busy myself separating the recyclables and wheeling the bins out ..if you get my drift.
