Ardie made his tackles but I thought he was ineffectual in the 1st half and never competed at the breakdown.
Except for the turnovers he got.
He got 1 turnover but that was in the 2nd half wasn't it?
I just thought the ABs were too passive and never looked to compete, unlike Curry and Underhill.

He was the only one being physical, he was let down by his team mates. Even then he still got turnovers

A. Smith was a workhorse I thought. He was taking on the big boys when our big guys were missing.

Goodhue was our best and I'd have subbed ALB instead of him. Reece created some chances and looked likely, yes he had some defensive lapses but... ah, our whole team was pretty ave on that front.

Damn, this one is hard, and I'm not going to do my second watch to help decide (even the Perth match was rewatchable). I think Goodhue was good and then there were a bunch who tried hard but for whatever reason were mostly ineffectual - BBBR, Whitelock, ALB, Reece. There was one group of rucks where Cane made three tackles in a row as expected, but he was too late on and gave up a penalty. I've seen Coles and SBW cop some flack on various threads but they were definitely in the trying box and they both made some inroads.
I'm going to have to leave this a few days to see whether I can muster up the courage to rewatch.

Jordie Barett. I noticed him every time the play came near him. Really had a big impact on the game...
