We use it a lot to change up our coaching environments. So we don’t get stale
As for special needs I am not sure what you have to do with itSee that's the part of your job I'm struggling with here...

That said one of my very best mates missed one from the sideline to send our GF in to extra time. I constantly remind him how he really should have kicked that. Piss easy...
