Oz is playing South Africa in an ODI in Perth in a series I didn't even know was on.
Same, I was very happy to find the cricket once I got past the initial confusion of "I didn't know this series was on, and this doesn't look like the Gabba

It does not look like the WACA I remember either. Have they done some major refurbishments?
Are you serious?

Just in cases you didn't realise this is at the new Perth stadium
WA have been having orgasms over it for the last year or so. Replaces Subiaco for AFL and becomes there No.1 venue for white ball cricket.

Test series should be interesting, injuns seamers were really good in England this year and that's usually been the weakness in Aus
Aus always good at home on the world's most vanilla pitches though.
However, Kohli runs this team a bit differently.
Bold prediction, India 2-1 (I've been wrong before though)

You've been posting on here for years. Therefore this is a redundant comment.

@siam the crowd noise coming through the TV is pretty amazing, and this is only Brisbane. Sydney and Melbourne will be bigger for the Indians.
Youre right, Crazy really, 3rd t20 in Sydney and probably more Indian supporters than Aussies. Certainly way louder
Should be a juicy talking point this tour

Australian Cricket is just eating itself!!
Michael Clarke is such a flog. Of course he doesn't think there was anything wrong with the way the Aussies played cricket, and they should focus on winning, not being liked. Which misses the mark by like Harmison's first ball of the ashes.
Simon Katich of course piled in, because he and Clarke are best of mates, along with Gerard Whately, who is a decent journalist.
Clarke didn't like it much, and called Whately a coward. This from the bloke who thinks threatening a #11 with a broken arm from someone else is tough. In a massive surprise, Matt Hayden thinks it should be alright to call people fluffybunnies from 1st slip.
Who wins out? The new public attitudes? or the guys who won a lot?
-
@mariner4life I don't mind us concentrating on winning provided we're not being super-shunts while we're doing it. A bit of shutnyness is expected in the heat of battle, mind.

@paekakboyz Apparently there is a line. Fucked if I know where they put it.
