Some pretty shambolic refereeing in the phase of play that resulted in Jordie's non-try.

We need something like the NFL where the umpires actually explain quite what and why they're deciding what they have.

Last try - very sleepy from the Canes. I was watching Aaron Smith sprinting across behind the ref. and looking interested and there was a real lack of urgency from his opponents.

Havent seen the full half but what I liked was BB taking it to the line and then popping to Laumape on the fly. He could cause carnage doing that with SBW.

While obviously he was merely punching the turf due to his frustration with his own lack of speed nowdays, hypothetically if he was punching Squire, you'd think it would take a bit more motivation than a lazy arm to the head as you fall to the ground in a tackle anyway.
