Hurricanes:
1 Chris Eves, 2 Ricky Riccitelli, 3 Ben May, 4 Vaea Fifita, 5 Sam Lousi, 6 Brad Shields, 7 Ardie Savea, 8 Gareth Evans
9 TJ Perenara, 10 Beauden Barrett, 11 Ben Lam, 12 Ngani Laumape, 13 Matt Proctor, 14 Julian Savea, 15 Jordie BarrettReserves:
16 James O'Reilly, 17 Fraser Armstrong, 18 Alex Fidow, 19 Michael Fatialofa, 20 Blade Thomson, 21 Jamie Booth, 22 Jackson Garden-Bachop, 23 Vince AsoThat's more like it. The selections for the first game were a disaster. So the loss might not be such a bad thing as the coaches collectively completely lost the plot last week. Not only with selections but also replacements. Hopefully they have now righted this
Although Savea (J) must be on his last chance. He just made up the numbers last week. And Lam needs to show he's up to this level. He's fast but not much more. And hopefully JGB steps up. I don't want to see West on the field again this year. He's a great example of everything that was wrong with the Canes in the past.

Is Christie injured? Can't understand why they have picked Booth over him.
I think he got injured during the Brisbane 10s.
He did. after reports that he was one Canes player that really stepped up

Julian Savea is currently a 1/10 rating ... woeful
I’ve just switched the TV on to see him in beast mode creating that try.
Hopefully he keeps up that kind of form rather than the form you mentioned...
