@SammyC Congratulations mate. Marriage is an institution!
-
@SammyC Oh forgot to say, who the fuck wants to live in an institution?
Good luck and much happiness to you both.

I like the content (Re the kiwi) but shame it wasn't captured by someone more deserving.
I saw one in the wild when I was about 10, only time I seen one in the wild and at the time didn't appreciate it for how rare that sighting would turn out to be...at a place we rented a few years back I still got a buzz out of hearing them in the ForeSt around us at night.

@taniwharugby I worked at a bird sanctuary at school and occasionally I used to have to catch one so we could clean out its pen . I was surprised how small they are under all those feathers, pretty quick off the mark too .

Great news SammyC, congrats to you both mate

@Virgil wish they'd do that up here for the annoying window washers at major intersections.
Was one guy 'claimed' he could make upto $200 an hour at peak times...public nuisance really, massive issue in Whangarei at present.
Think that still goes on in South Auckland too. Pops up in the news from time time when someone has been abused.

Happens all over the place. A while ago I'd just had my car cleaned and some dickhead came up behind me and "washed" my back window (I.E. left streaks all over it with whatever the fuck was in his bottle) and then demanded money. Said I had none so he demanded I go to the nearest ATM. Then swore at me as I drove off. I have no idea why they don't crack down on it more - one of them is going to get killed by someone when they squirt dirty water all over their Lamborghini or something.

That would trigger me if they did my flamin back window... even if I hadn't just had it washed. I always wave them away.
