@dogmeat Ah mate, i wasn't trying to suggest any hubris, just that NZ were and remain, favourites and that it is not just @Pot-Hale that would suggest that.

@Billy-Tell I trust you marked today by shooting an apple off your son's head?

I only have daughters. And in case you were wondering, no I didn't formerly have a son who perished in an unfortunate shooting accident.

Aaron Smith owes the team a big one.

As long as he doesn't pull it out when they are in the toilet. Anyway, Smith has to, he has genuine competition now for his starting position..

    @Crucial

Quite, they are a bunch of no names in NZ eyes. That's why it was so impressive in Chicago.

Let's not forget how they lost to the argies in the rwc.

It is inconceivable we lose to them tomorrow. But it is a possibility and that's why tomorrow is the biggest game of the year for me.

I can't wait, feels like the biggest game for a long time.

What was the last "big game feel" match with a lot of pride on the line that they lost? Cardiff maybe - but some would argue part of the reason we lost was because we didn't treat it as a big game going into it. It certainly didn't feel like it to me going into it.

In all honesty it is probably the 2003 semi final where there was an expectation/necessity to do the business and they failed.

In between they've triumphed in 14 games that had that "big match feel" by my count since then; first test in the 2004 England series, 2004 Paris, first two tests of the Lions Series, 2005 English Grand Slam fixture, 2008 Auckland Bledisloe decider, 2009 Marseille, semi and final in 2011 RWC, 2013 TRC decider, 2015 Auckland Bledisloe decider, quarter/semi/final in 2015. Perhaps throw the 2010 Soccer City game in there too.

Jeez. I'm not going to be able to watch it live unfortunately as it's my son's birthday and go-karting is more interesting to himself and his mates. I'll either want to watch a replay or won't want to depending on the winning margin. :).

Don't worry PH, it's only the All Blacks

    I know - that's what my son said.... 😉

Ireland essentially unchanged. O Brien in for the injured Murphy while on the bench Henderson in for the injured dillane, and Jackson in for kiwi Carbery.

    Eh, it's Joey Carbery.....BT
His mother is Irish, he's lived here half his life. Just Let it go.....you'll feel better afterwards :).

BEIN pregame nauseating - Ireland have a clear edge on the bench apparently with Charlie being a huge liability apparently.

any direction to a Nisbo/Marshy stream would be appreciated.
