Is Thursday the day the rest of the team is confirmed? Is that usual?

Good move re: Aaron Smith. I doubt he is currently in the best head space to play a test, plus chucking him straight back in would have meant the only punishment.he would have received playing wise would have been the team leadership sanction, and the media would have jumped all over that with all the recent bad publicity re: NZRU soft punishment/wet bus ticket etc.

My sauces say Thursday is the day. But perhaps the ABs are changing things up a bit. Try and confuse the Aussies to make it harder for Cheika to name his all important 24.

Breaking news on One - Aaron Smith has voluntarily stood himself down for this weekends match.
Although thier headline says 'Disgraced All Black stood down' fuck our media sucks
It's noticeable that the younger crop of journos in particular really do seem to be so far up their own arses, it's not funny. Their self righteousness and general arrogance is sickening. Smith isn't a disgrace, the NZ media should carry that title.
From the press report.
- He will voluntarily stand down from assembling with the All Blacks for this weekend's Bledisloe Cup test match.
Sounds like he's being forced to do it to me.

Is that tomato sauce, mayo or hollandaise sauce? Or are you talking about people on the sauce? Just asking because mixing those things up can give very confusing results, too.

@akan004 possibly, and while I dont think he should have had to at all, I think this is probably best for all concerned, I expect emotionally he and his partner have been through alot these last 2 weeks, so he probably isnt as right as he'd like anyway.

Forced? Nah sounds like he probably came to the decision himself with the fallout of it all. I doubt he would've been selected anyway.

I'm not sure you've been here long enough to understand that one has sauces of information.

I'm going to make Chieka's job easier for him:
Backrow: Fardy, Pocock, Timani. Hooper on the bench to finish the game because Pocock can't run with the ball.
Backs: Phipps (because Genia's gone back to his day job), Cooper supported by a hard-running midfield in Kerevi and Hodge - both in the positions where they played best in Super Rugby.
-
@antipodean That's probably making it harder, now he has to try and fits heaps of players into only 17 more spots.
-
Surely he can drop eight of them the morning of the game if they don't have skim milk on their cereal?
