@Bones a couple of years back one of our KPIs was about doing something for the LGBTQI+ community. Like actually nominating it and then showing how we'd gone abut doing it.
I was already there; fully supportive of everyone's preferences as long as they got their work done.
I'll definitely call out any fuckwit behaviour around it. Do I have to make a flag as well?

Gift one ref some testes - have him blow a penalty for too many players in field-of-play, as part of the try. Go back to last stoppage/advantage... ie: no try.

What you're missing here guys is the theatre. It's bums on seats. It's growing the game.
There's probably a diversity slant to - ALL players MUST be able to celebrate fully together..

@Kiwiwomble I actually think a pretty big part of the over the top celebrations like that is to rub it in the other teams face. Similar to what James Lowe does for Ireland.
