Cant see close up action. On the other hand can see the way the game is being played. NZ are very organised on both attack and defence. More so than the French who look a little short of ideas when attacking.
Roigard is having a great game. His sniping threat is great. BB is also playing well. The forwards are really manning up on defence. Losses seem to be working well as a trio. Hope Finau is ok he looked liked a punch drunk boxer walking off.
I’m sticking with my midweek prediction. NZ to win by 15 with the bench making a difference.
The bench front row should come on and annihilate the French scrum

Ruck is good but too many phases going nowhere. Need some variation.
Watch it reap rewards in the last 20...

Like the way we're keeping our heads and discipline. No fancy miracle-ball stuff - just solid play.
Lakai looks good and you have to ask if injury has been a better selector this year.

#18 will be spent. I Weiner if he'll go of hia and golden oldies scrums. Do they keep 15 in that case?

Either way I'm prophetic...

Great fucking game!!
We've been the better side. Playing with good width and pace. Set piece is on top (defensive lineout giving me feels).
Very wary though. French discipline and defence has been good. And they are generating momentum through their forwards with ease. We need a few dominant tackles from someone. With Finau out I reckon we're a hard shoulder short with the forwards we have.

Which Hurricanes player is going to score next?
All of them, I hope
It would make up for bottling the semi final

Don't forget our bench forwards

I haven't, at least they know what they have to do.
Someone has to step on and stop that momentum.

Took him what 30+ minutes to call his first offside against the French who had been camping on our side for the whole half.
Then his unwillingness to call obvious infringements at the breakdown. Not surprised by that because watching him ref previously he’s shown to be out of his depth in that area.
-
@ACT-Crusader the lack of reward for the scrum
Dominance is annoying me the most -

Yeah i struggle to disagree with you on those points - but i guess its a commentary on the state of officiating in last few years.. that it feels ok - good to me lol
