i think the Blues guys are right, Dalton Papali'i is the guy we need
(7+20)/2 = 13.5We only do fullbacks to centre
Rangi says hi from 10, Jordie waves to you from the wing...

your Ardie to 12 campaign says otherwise!!
Faaark bro stop living in the past, Ardie's an 8.
He;s an 8,7, 6, 12 --try adding that to your loose trio calculations!

Jordie is a natural centre in my view. What could’ve been….

with just a little more speed, he might well have been.

I'm still saddened we didn't see more of Goodhue. His game against SA was just sensational in Wellington - his defence was incredible.

Could have been one of our great centres with a bit less injury and a bit more speed (I seem to be a broken record).

@nostrildamus Signed for two years, probably has a year left, could very well be back for the next World Cup.

Jerry Collins: (8 + 6 ) / 2 = 7
McCaw: 7
Rodders: (7 + 8 ) / 2 = 7.5No wonder they were so good = 21.5
They win a World Cup?

did McCaw briefly step in /temp at 8 or 6 for the ABs or am I confusing that with Crusaders?

If we can get our governance sorted out we maybe able to attract guys like Goodhue back. A lot of players who have gone offshore weren't on long contracts. Leicester, Richie and Shannon appear to be coming back, this could be a sign of more to come.
I swear this is an AI Crusaders account sometimes.

Positives:
- Roigard's 1st Test since injury and he went OK
- Aumua (except esrly throwing)
- DMac's defence
- Telea showing some form
- Pat T's breakdown work
- Wallace confirming he's starting XV material
Negatives
- Poor defence
- Lack of focus - particularity in second half
- Scrum didn't dominate
- Poor kick options - esp.DMAC
Agree with most of that, buggered if I know what the defence coach is doing! It's not bad tackling, but just not being set in a defence pattern.
Seriously: did I missed something? Defence was pretty much impregnable from where I sat.
I thought the first quarter/half was really poor. Far too many holes were opening up and some of the tackling was ineffective. Reckon we'd have shipped a couple of tries and least against better opposition like England.
I just havnt seen enough this year to show me we can win our next 3 matches.

Robertson had a choice of picking a team for the future and take a few losses as a learning experience or picking a team including experienced players at the end of their careers to improve his win ratio.
I hope we don't get the worst of both worlds.

And he could've made an argument to the rugby public that was his intention and with goodwill, they'd have understood if he selected form youngsters and gave them adequate time to develop into Test players. Practically no other incoming AB coach has had that opportunity.
