Yeah, strange attitude, kids with multiple passports can have very strong attachments to both / multiple countries.

My boy considers himself equally a kiwi and japanese.

I'm half Samoan and proudly consider myself Kiwi and Samoan so yeah, everyone's different of course.

I remember Gareth Anscombe saying how he felt just as much of a connection to Wales growing up as his mother is Welsh after copping a bit of criticism for his Welsh call up, and I'm inclined to believe him being in a similar situation, and I assume Hoskins Sotutu would be in the same boat as someone like Anscombe so yeah, I don't see a problem with him changing allegiances.

Part African and part monkey too. That’s a real melting pot of cultures

No! You did NOT just call a half Samoan dude a monkey. That did not just happen!!

I knew as soon as I saw you pop up, something along these lines would be written haha.

Given MN5 sounds like someone tried to pronounce "enema" and missed, that was a ballsy hassle.

Hmmmmm, it does look offensive when you put it like that.

I didn’t make the connection though, I’m very insensitive sometimes.

McCaw, Carter and Lomu are more than generational talents. They're GOATs of the game.

Is it possible to have a separate Hoskins thread for the endless mastabatory nonsense?

    Rob Thompson?

Analysis: Anton Lienert-Brown vs Rob Thompson was an epic battle in Suva

Analysis: Anton Lienert-Brown vs Rob Thompson was an epic battle in Suva

The Chiefs against the Highlanders in Suva provided an intriguing individual contest even though the game was lopsided. The current All Blacks centre against a future All Blacks centre.

"Goodhue and Lienert-Brown have the current blessings of the selectors but Thompson cannot be far behind if he continues to build on this breakout year. He is sure to feature in the black jersey post-2019 if the 26-year-old stays around."

If true fuck off then, sooner rather than later if you'retaking up space for a promising young loosie who could be playing NPC, and don't let the door hit you on the arse.

I always had a sneaking suspicion you were tubby Ryan

In news I didn’t see coming, Ireland has come out against 20 minute red cards. Irish rugby, as custodians of the game (quiet for the kicker now) are all about player welfare (except when Porter breaks Retallick’s jaw in an accidental absorbing tackle of course)

Geez are we still talking about Sotutu. So he’s going to go and play for England even though he’s contracted to NZ for next couple of years.
The guy is a fluffy bunny who was told to go and work on his fitness. “This is the level we want our loose forwards at “ he didn’t even get close.
Caleb Clarke was told he needed to shed weight and he did exactly what he was asked. Now he’s arguably the number one winger.
Don’t put it back on the coaches when you wont do the hard work. Mentally weak individual.

He says, watching Blackadder get kissed on the dick for never being fit enough to even fucking play.

    Understandable.

Razor was much better mates with Todd Blackadder than he ever was with Waisake Sotutu
