This applies to both the ABs and AB XV, but the following article says that Holland is available for selection now.
Otago and Highlanders lock Fabian Holland is eligible for All Blacks or All Blacks XV selection with immediate effect, the Sunday Star-Times can reveal. In August, World Rugby announced a change to Regulation 8 for national team eligibility that stated: “From August 1, 2024, any player with a genuine, close, credible and established link to a union is no longer required to complete 60 months [five years] of unbroken residency in the relevant country right up to the first time that player represents the union.
“Under the revised approach ‘rugby registration” over a 60-month period will need to be demonstrated via registration with a rugby body, including a national union or club.“
The Sunday Star-Times asked New Zealand Rugby if Holland would be covered by the change, and the national body confirmed that he would be given the green light.

How good was Roigard on his first game back? Notised DP being taken off, hopefully nothing serious.Generational talent.
Doesnt have Smiths pass (who does) but christ he is good with ball in hand.
Image how great he'll be regarded after he's started his second Test at 9, this time against top opposition.....
Talent for sure, but let's not get too carried away or raise expectations.
I mean he's wearing red and black hoops so he's a shoo-in...

Can understand if he was in the AB XV to slowly bring him along but he’s just that good that he should be on the EOYT in the full squad. Find a spot for him.

Haha why can’t we get carried away? Roigard is showing early career form as good as some of our top ABs. International footy is different obviously but the signs are great.

What I like is how understated and effective in virtually every aspect, must be a nightmare for defenders given all the options he has.

Can't wait for Holland to get into the ABs so I can make some Dutch Oven references.

We’re New Zealanders, we’re not supposed to show emotion. This would never have happened in Pinetrees day

@pakman I wasn’t analysing anything. It was from the conversation I had with my source. But I can’t exactly ask him every player in every team and then I leak it on the fern. I think he’ll work out where it’s coming from.
From what we talked about it’s all pretty settled. They want experience on the tour. Apparently Sam Cane has been amazing around the squad. -

Roigard is the Chuck Connors of rugby. He doesn't actually pass the ball. He simply moves his hands and the universe does the rest 😎

@Victor-Meldrew 😂😂 is that Chuck Norris you’re talking about.
-
@Landers92 Have you got the Hollandaise Sauce?
-
@BerniesCorner he’s in the ABXV

Mate, his talent is obvious.
I rate him just above DuPont at the moment. 😉
