Vaai and Clarke seem classic examples of players the coaches seem something in and develop over a season or two.

Maybe. But perhaps managing the step-up is just as important. Darry looks a real find and Sititi looks born to Test rugby, but managing them is key.

Ratima was outstanding. Has some real sting in his tackles as well which is a nice bonus. Nice that we don't have to settle for the ginger abomination any more.
