Hot take: Leon didn't want the job but Razor convinced him he could get him some easy money in his jobs for the boys scheme and he would only have to work for a couple of months.
Or Razor used Leon to get the gig and has now worked him out to have his “yes” men around him.

@darylmitchell you think he wouldn't have got the gig without Leon? I think he would've been top odds even if he had Penny, Hammett and Blackadder.

I wonder who will line up next for the gravy train?

That’s the limit of it.
Typically, If he starts another job in 6 months then that should limit the payout until he start his new job.
Obviously I don’t know the detail of it all but that is common in employment tribunals/disputes - you can only claim for the time you are out of work

Seems like the consensus is dropping McDonald's more structured approach could free the shackles off these All Blacks, with Hansen assuming the role he had the Crusaders, expect to see more tries utilizing Jordan's running from depth out the back straightening up the attack to put Caleb Clarke into acres of untouched space!!
See these two examples, 53 seconds in for Blues. 57 seconds in for Chiefs.

@KiwiMurph I get the feeling reading some rugby media that they wait until this forum has had a go at fleshing out the argument and then asking an AI to summarise the thread and write them an article.

Hoping to get some more details about this whole debacle when the All Blacks are back in New Zealand. As I mentioned across on the AB 2024 thread awhile ago, this was brewing since the beginning of the England series and obviously come to a head.
Will be interesting to know how things have changed in the environment and if all of this has impacted the playing group in any way. Will try my best to get some oil and fire it in here if I get anything worthwhile.

We done a few of those now, works surprisingly well.
