Ouch
From my vantage point NZ absolutely have the cattle
This was piss poor selection and tactics putting good players under unnecessary pressure which resulted in poor decision making and inaccuracy
The pack are missing a dog like PSTD. A nasty dog in the Etsebeth mould would be even better.
You appear to have dredged up a post from the dark days of the Fozzie era. Lazy posting mate, you're better than that

Too many cooks in the kitchen, I suspect. And no mongrel in the pack.
From the outside, it feels like it's a bunch of unusually insecure middle-aged pals perpetually slapping each other on the back for fear of one of their gang not feeling the love, rather than than a group of utterly ruthless professionals preparing a bunch of hungry young men for the brutal arena of Test Rugby.
But I might be being harsh.

At least Razor’s honest about the performance……. Looks pretty shocked

How? H-h-how??? Just, how???
That came down to three moments. Two gifted tries and a series of awful passes.
Does D-Mac need to take a spell and bring Plummer in from outside the squad? We just have zero punch. Personly I thought there were some rough PKs against us. Not sure what SlackBladder did in the lineout other than compete for the ball to warrant a PK and there we some rucks such as the last PK where Sititi was sitting out the back doing sweet FA to be involved yet gets pinged. The fact is, Argentina should have been within 14 points of this game yet we managed to manufacture them a win. FML.

"The players didn't do what we coached"
Well you and your mates selected them and coached them...

I had high hopes that he could take us places. I didn't expect this. He should be embarrassed. I expect some serious changes in personnel and mindset next weekend. But I won't hold my breath. Maybe Razor's super success was due to having the best players? Where is the attention to detail? Wasn't he meant to give the players clear guidance regarding their core responsibilities?

The direct game plan was really working in the World Cup last year.
And the Blues won using a variant of it.
Then our only solid moments today were when we played direct.
Not sure why Razor felt he had to come along and put his own mark on things.
It's not working.
We could easily have lost both of those England tests.
Color me thoroughly unimpressed so far.
Especially with the Canterbury mates club. -

I honestly suspect he can coach ,
But there are levels and so far he is proven at super rugby and has little experience at this level, and it did look today we attempted to play a brand more suited to super rugby ,
,it looked very similar to the early years of fozzie ball tbh .

I think someone said a whole ago he played twice for north harbour at 6.
I want to see more of Finau at 6 though.
Sititi is not really a big 6.
We've taken Finau over Akira, we absolutely must persist with him now. He has the physical attributes to be a world class 6 in time. Ideally we'd have Akira starting and Finau learning his trade, but the coaches inexplicable dislike of Akira means Finau now has to learn on the job. Dropping him and trying someone else not suited to the role at test level is waste of time. We just have to hope Finau finds his feet without having his confidence destroyed, which has happened to other players thrown in too soon.
Akira 🤣

On a par with Twickenham 23
Crowd was rubbish
Focus was rubbish
TMO was rubbish
Leadership was rubbish

It’s funny (if you want to look at this way) but every time we’ve lost in Wellington apart from that Lions test, the weather has been perfect. It’s like the ABs prepare for high winds and bad weather when they play in Welly and then when it’s fine their plan goes out the window.

@BerniesCorner But that was a meaningless pre-world cup exhibition game, five days after they had stepped off 12,000 mile plane journey.
This was the first game of the Rugby Championships at home after a month's build up.

Pretty ugly really. The one consistent positive from the previous games was our scrum, and not having any of those kinda negated that.
Darry did his job well. Tough night for Aumua, but he's worth persisting with.
Savea seems to be lacking the positives that have been used to justify the balance problem he creates in the loosies. Also he may interview well, but not a captain's arsehole.
TJP, as expected, been ruining backlines for a decade.
I hope the axe gets wielded for the next one, but more likely we get the same 'give those guys a chance to redeem themselves' bullshit. They're too comfortable, they're complacent. Fuck them off.More importantly: Matera and Kramer were huge. Creevy too: 30-fucking-9, what a champion. Well done Argentina.
