@Canes4life O’Reilly will be one of those 2 hookers I’d imagine.

I think Tuputupu is probably the guy they'll lock up long term. O'Reilly is serviceable but at this stage of his career he may look offshore. He's 29, soon to be 30 so may want to cash in overseas if he can.

Yea I'd lock in Tuputupu, he was pretty impressive this year.
Except for his tackle technique. Coaching can fix that.
Yeah there are a few things to iron out with him but he will be the perfect hooker coming on late in a game for Aumua. Showed great signs this year and is a very physical tackler.

@Canes4life Ardie definitely plying his trade in Auckland next year.

Massive tip. Fascinated to see how this plays out. Mt Smart or thr Garden of Eden?

What’s your source? If he leaves he leaves, I’d just be interested to know where this is coming from. No inkling whatsoever in the media about it.
Apparently Cam Roigard was definitely going back to Chiefs territory last year and that didn’t happen so I’ll believe it when I see it.
If he goes to MP, I can deal with that. Auckland though, yuck.

I could see this happening
It would eb a foolish move by Ardie though as he would be leaving excellent gym facilities. And leaving a potential winning team
Esp as he will be 31 next year.

@Nogusta has good oil on things coming out of Auckland he is probably on the money with this .

And his last memory as a Cane will be a disallowed try against the Brumbies.
If he doesn’t want to be at the Canes so be it. We’ve got plenty of talent in the loose.
The irony is if he wants to build his brand in Auckland then why would you sign for the worst team in the comp? You might aswell go and play league for the Warriors, that will build massive hype.

@Chris I’m sure it’s true, I’m actually not too pissed off about it tbh. I feel like the Canes as a collective played better this year not having to rely on Ardie so much.
At the end of the day if he goes then he goes. If his reason for leaving is because his brother was sacked by the Canes then it would be a little harder to stomach.

Yeah you have a lot of depth in the loose forwards, It probably means they develop better with longer careers left than Ardie has.
I wouldn’t be pissed either if I was a canes fan. -
@Yeetyaah @Canes4life if @Nogusta says it, you best believe it.
