6N Wales v Italy
-
A stat came up on the BBC coverage about Wales' last five 6N placings:
5th
1st
5th
5th
6thI didn't realise it was that bad.
-
@Jailbreak7 don't think so tbh. I thought it was a step backwards at the time when he returned & he's done nothing to change my mind.
His contract is so big the WRU probably couldn't afford to sack him even if they wanted to. -
Was thinking watching the game listening to the comments about Wales' lack of physicality yet Gats & his selection team have constantly overlooked someone like Ross Moriarty at 6 who would walk into the current side & at least offer a physical presence.
Some truly strange selections throughout the competition. -

That try by Pani in the 46th minute was fantastic.
-
@Catogrande hopefully he gets cited. The game would benefit immeasurably by preventing "waterboys" from entering the pitch. And penalizing substitutes who enter the field of play to celebrate a try.

Ref was poor but we were poorer for not adapting to what he was seeing
I was pitch level and the touch judge was blind. Missed so many crooked throw ins and forward passes from both sides
Shittest performance I’ve seen from Wales live
EVER
Pathetic
My missus’ mum texted during the match
She turned over to BBC 2 to watch Schindler’s List
It was less depressing
Our tactic today was based on luck
Hope they drop the ball from a kick
That’s not coaching

In stark contrast to multiple pay outs Eddie.

Kudos to him for showing integrity.

Needs a better publicist so he can magnanimously claim he's set them up for future success.

A blight on the game and Neil Jenkins should have more respect for the games's ethos and the officials. Give Refs the power to award a penalty to the opposition at halfway to stamp out this crap.
