Forward pack hp I think is the problem.
Think the forwards have a good solid base to work from though. Good mix of experience in most positions, e.g. if Lord kicks on then he has Scooter's experience to lean on. Expect Robertson to stick with Frizzell at 6 but changes at 7.
15 & 12 are my concerns. Be good to see some new faces there and build some depth.
Frizzell is playing overseas in Japan and is not eligible for selection.

I thought he was only away this year?

Not contracted to NZR so not eligible for selection for 2024,
I read a couple of articles quoting Jason Ryan that he was not happy he had signed overseas. -
An opinion piece arguing against picking overseas players

@Dolamite I hope he has a big year and can up that work-rate because he can be a devastating runner. I wonder when his NZRU contract expires because I feel like if he has another sub-standard year he may be the next to make the shift to league where his game may be better suited. This coupled with the fact he's already made connections with the Rabbitohs and I wonder how much RTS has had an influence on a potential shift to the NRL.
I hope he stays in rugby but wouldn't be surprised at all if this eventuated.

Razor should have more than enough playing talent to create a world-class Test team.
I'd argue he inherited one.
I'm more interested in how he develops it going forward, builds depth and develops players and combinations in key positions. He has 4 years to do that and If that means 1 or 2 embarrassing losses, then so be it.

@Frank And implied that Razor was a little frustrated by the AB tactics.....
I would expect nothing less. Razor is there to try to bring positive change and innovation, and ultimately success

Marshall mentioned in that interview that he has spoken to Razor and has an idea that he will playing less predictable pod systems, more ball in hand, and more up-tempo.
The same Marshall that told everyone Razor wasn't allowed at All Blacks games during the RWC?
