    Lock looks a real problem position for the ABs. We've got Scott Barrett, but beyond it's merely guys with potential.

    Bending rules to pick a 36-year old Sam Whitelock at the start of a World Cup cycle would be insane.

    Asking his opinion of what he makes of the younger guys and which could compete at Test level or asking if he would be willing to train alongside them for a couple of sessions would be sensible.

    @booboo the one where Faleafaga ran through a couple of tackles then SF did the old JK on Digby Ioane to him, was lovely.

    @booboo Yup, I see him playing 100+ tests. A true enforcer.

    Nah can't see him playing more than legends before him.... don't reckon he'll stick around long enough. Off to France in his late twenties...

    A good night for AB locking stocks. Josh Lord had a fine game i thought and Tuipulotu was the best player on the field (McWhannell wasn't either just quietly)

    Yup, 15 tests this year. That’s nearly 4 months of test weeks alone 😳

    @KiwiMurph

    Barratt and Lord are my preferred starting locks but with 15 tests it’s going to be brutal.

    God help us if we lose Scooter for any length of time!!

    Yep, but we will have 4-5 locks in squad, at moment I would go along with Scooter and Lord, but will I think also have Vaai, Tuipoloto, and wonder if they will fill in other spot with a youngster. One I suspect willl be holding a spot until next year when Holland becomes available.

    @Dan54

    Yeah, I would go along with that although it wouldn’t surprise me if Vai’i is dumped completely.

    Just don’t see what he brings as a player.

    If Darry get some game time maybe he is worth investing in. He has the right size that’s for sure.

    Too light (110kg) at the moment.

    That number looks a few years out of date

    Okey Dokey then, he's a definite prospect.

    Depends. Vai’i might grow taller, more aggressive, more skilled and just a lot better in general.

    Jeff Wilson is obviously stupid, but he's still talking about Quentin Strange starting for the ABs. How dumb can he get?

    He also declared in one of the first shows that he couldn't see anyone but the Crusaders winning the title.

    I think that's a decent possibility

    Not because he's good enough, but because the tight five will be selected by Ryan & Robertson
