It's allowing Kirifi to pilfer ball easy when Welly players aren't rolling away and are blocking the ball though.

Anytime Kirifi goes for the ball he wins the penalty/ball even if he's lying on the ruck, but, he's having a cracking game (one man band) and we're getting some decisions go our way too.
