Think that Sexton is getting a bit to much love, comprehensively out played by Finn in a well beaten team
Finn is a good footballer, didn’t watch all this game so generalising, but if he got to play behind a dominant pack , wevcould be referring to him as best 10 in the world in the near future.
Ah
No
“Mercurial” is a much better description.
Like an “almost as good as Beauden Barrett when he was awesome” on his day but even fervent Scots fans wouldn’t bestow that on him.

Jocks back in the box where they belong
Drubbing
You called it, no denying that.
Still a better team than Wales though

Brilliant first half, messy second but the game was over anyway. Very surprised at how poor Scotland were in the first half. Biggest concern is possible injuries. Lowe, Hansen, Furlong....particularly Lowe who's gone to hospital with an eye injury.
The reward for coming first in such a tough group is the All Blacks waiting in the quarters....what a shit fucking mess the IRB made of this WC.
Fuck off
To be the best you have to beat the best
Easy to say when you lot have to play Japan/Argentina to progress to a semi...
PS: to beat the best, don't you mean France?

Ireland clearly best team in the world and have been for a year or so

They will need to prove it by beating NZ and getting to a semi's for the first time in their history. Can they do it? Absolutely. Can NZ beat them? Absolutely.

Not with Mr. Fosters reverse midas touch he so expertly installed into the team.

@taniwharugby I'm confused, the game cannot end in a draw, can it?
I'm also surprised SA are paying $2.00

The idea that this world cup is the most wide open ever in terms of who can win it was rubbish. Scotland are the 5th best team and aren't in the same sphere.
Ireland, South Africa, France are all genuine options and England and NZ can’t be written off.
Can’t remember another WC with that many options.
Did you see England today? England can be written off.
Nz can be written off.
It's a 3 horse race.
NZ and SA likely to be gone by next weekend

@voodoo this is TAB...
Well for once we don’t get called chokers then
I’m desperately looking for positives
-
@kiwiinmelb An AB / SA multi...?
-
First Lions test in 2017. Do that please.
-
My money's on SA
-
Well that went all right.
Next week's game should be enjoyable for all. Possibly no Furlong, Ryan, Hansen or Lowe for Ireland - squad depth about to be tested.

…be enjoyable for all supporters of the side that wins.
Just filling in the missing words there for you derm.
Irish fans will be utterly disconsolate should NZ win as this is a great Irish side and Ireland will still not have broken their quarterfinal hoodoo. The word choker will no doubt surface.
NZ fans expect somewhat to lose so I’m not sure we will be utterly disconsolate but we will hardly be dancing in the streets.
Anyone else on the other hand will no doubt have thoroughly enjoyed the match regardless of the result!

"The word choker will no doubt surface."
I suspect "would" is needed here, Foster is the high priest of premature expectations.
