EDG seems to be an absolute meathead.

How is that a meathead? You are committed to a tackle, then the guy gets tackled to change height. It isn't even a shoulder direct to the head, it is a glancing blow and inadvertent. Nothing he could do there, really.

Get lower and not lead with a shoulder across his body? Even his technique was shit. The sooner Mcleod is sacked, the better.

Isn’t Razor planning to keep Stormy as part of the AB set-up next year?

@Duluth Very dumb to go into a tackle like that in one of these games.

Guy is addicted to giving away penalties.

Exactly. Regardless of what card it is or if there is a suspension that was some low IQ shit

Unbelievably stupid thing to do 60 points up.

Lack of game sense and discipline is huge problem with this team.

No was part of his original group, but not now. He's seen enough I think

Well said young fella, Cam. Definitely his playing style complements DMacs.

Red cards a lottery. The adjudication is farcical. No problem with being vigilant in protecting heads but there is no consistency in the rulings.

All true, but De Groot was monumentally dumb.

    Namibia wins 12-7
How the fuck with 2/3s possession do we give almost double the penalties

    Discipline 0/10
Rucks were poor in my opinion
    Dmac was rocks and diamonds

If anything this performance further reduces what little confidence I had for this RWC

    Dmac reverting to old.

Went to pot once Roigard went off. Clearly worked on their combination.

@gt12 It really annoys me when people blame our loose forwards for not cleaning out, and ignore the poor efforts from the front rowers, who are supposed to be the primary agents in hitting rucks.

@Kirwan right or wrong, I don't think that is the real issue with it, it's the lack of consistency applied to other head contacts that is a problem.

What are loose forwards supposed to do then?

and yes all players have a responsibility in that area... but struth mate - its literally their #1 job - get to the breakdowns 1st...

That was a good game from NZ.
That last 15 minutes was for the crowd.
What does the red mean for EdG?

ANYONE in the rugby world can see Roigard and DMac are on the bench for the big games.
Roigard is another McCaw. Laser focus, no mucking about, automatic pick in the 23.

    Missing JB.

Sure, but this one was adjudicated correctly.

I thought the AB attack looked predictable when Smith replaced Roigard. Just shovelling the ball with no penetration. Other teams worked out how to defend against that years ago.
