@Bovidae the Ins are definitely not as strong as the Outs.
That's going to be the situation when you lose centurions like Retallick, Weber and Cane.
They've addressed the imbalance of the 2023 squad which had too many locks/1st 5s and not enough openside cover, and largely promoted from within. Happy with that.

@Canes4life That 23 isn't far off what I think will be selected. The no.22 and 23 could be more changeable.
I can also see Parker on the bench to be used like PGS was. Jacobson would move to 7 to finish the game.

Happy to Malachi wrampling there big unit with pace he's got potential, Tom Florence is a fantastic pickup I like his running game overall, coombes fabling is a midget but he is quite elusive he will add depth I was a little dissapointed by malimali seems big and fast but wasn't consistent overall I believe we will compete for the title if injuries remain minimal

Walter Sititi. Does no one proof read their articles anymore?

Sanerivi has played as a loosie too I think.
Yes, like Slater he has been used as a 7 occasionally for Taranaki. I'm sure he would be cover for ST though.
As for Lasaqa, I like him, but maybe his smaller size is counting against him. Sititi was a no.8 who seems to have made the transition to openside now. He doesn't start for NH at 7 or 8.

I heard Emoni Narawa on the radio where he mentioned that his back injury was a pinched nerve, which caused him to lose feeling in his leg. He still can't feel his toes but hopes to be back running soon and ready for Rd 1. Obviously the ABs weren't going to go into details at the time but it sounds more serious than we probably thought.
