Yep I know what you mean, but absolutely dangerous play should also count. That wasn't just a mistake, it was real dangerous.

Reds are so inaccurate, everything they do makes it easier for the defence and harder for themselves.

And there is a case where I think there should be a proper red, doesn't deserve a replacement.
Puts opposition player off for the rest of the match and possibly a match or two afterwards depending on how the player reacts to the hit and testing, should always be down to 14
