    "No, no, no... he's good"

How are players supposed to respond to that rubbish?

Well deserved from the Rebels ,have’nt had a lot of luck ,just need to be patient when the opportunity arises ..Skipper Brad Wilkin is a very good player

Cool to see Italians coming over and making a good fist of super rugby.

Chiefs tighthead went straight onto his knee under pressure ..AR must have must have been looking at the crowd

Rebel's THP was unfairly penalised in the first half for not staying straight while the Chiefs walked around.

Can't say this is a great display of refereeing.

Rebels attack is a lot better than recent years. They used to struggle to get a try a match. This year they’ve scored 27, 33, 34, 25

Concerns about the Chiefs resting 800 of their ABs comes to naught.

Rebels have some talent but individual errors kill their ability to make the scoreboard display any benefit.

@antipodean at the end of the day the better team won but from a neutral the Rebels got most of the shite calls from the official definitely not consistant

@Duluth how much of it is just down to the form of Carter Gordon? Without him on the field the Rebels would'nt have scored a point.

@chimoaus the middle period when Rebels kicked aimless high kicks was their undoing and when the game got away on them
Showed they could score off set piece when they got it right
Carter Gordon reminds me of David Knox who played the Brumbies 20 odd years ago
Great shift from the skipper Brad Wilkin

    MSR is a flop

He doesn't offer anything as a ball-carrier so I think that the Chiefs lacked that from both locks. They relied more on the loose forwards to do that job. Ross was really poor in this game - ball handling and discipline at the breakdown, the latter giving the Rebels field position for two quick tries.

I never thought that this would be an easy game, but when the Chiefs did get it right they scored easily. Hopefully McWhannell's injury isn't serious.

    Late change

DMac in for Ioane on the bench

Not because of an injury. Sad to read on Ioane's instagram that his father passed away (cancer).

The black armbands suggested someone had died.
