if an attacking player in a maul, drops to thier knees, are they allowed to get back up and carry on as if nothing happened, surely they should have to go tot he back of the maul?
There is the general directive of "must be on your feet" but there is no specific direction on the maul - as I seem to remember several Ferners saying to me when Keven Mealamu did it many many years ago on his way to the line for ?The Blues?
