Clean outs front the tight five has been better. I wonder if Ryan has simplified their role, it’s most about being decisive than technique. Things are easier for everyone else when that works
Ethan has had some good moments
That backline looks like it’s set up deeper this week?
Definitely is and it has created space with a bit of swift passing

SA commentators saying Frizzell is making a huge difference.
He is. Looks like the loose forwards are playing tighter too which would help.

Where was this heart the rest of the year? Kinda feel sorry for Foster.
Nice to see a decisive 10 that looks to go forward.
For a big man, Clarke is awfully weak.
How the fuck did they ignore Taukieaho so long?
Good to see them getting tough on high tackles.
You don't have to try do everything yourself Ardie, maybe try linking with your unmarked winger.
Put your fucking foot down Will.

Apart from the try how is Cane doing?
Reminds me of stone cold Steve Austin. Combative. Jagged elbowed. Game. Tough.
Stumbling around looking for things to hit.
Hasn't got McCaws finesse or Hoopers jackling.
Playing like a 6.5. A Sam Underhill .

You pull RM at the half
For BB? No way. We have more structure than we've had all year under Beauden.
How so? I've counted 3 awful kicks and an intercept pass that gave SA momentum when we were a man up from RM. What's he actually done so far?
He's been running the backline. Something Beauden seems unable to do at the moment.
That's a very vague reply. He's had the best platform from our forwards in the last 12 months and has been very error prone.

They have been shamed into dropping some cajones.
Never forget in the all or nothing doc it was Foster who told Hansen (on camera) not to pick Rieko on the wing instead of Jules.
He is a bell end.
Keep in mind that good performance today aside, the selection still isn't right in the back row, midfield and you could argue fullback.

He's got to deliver that platform. Not run sideways and throw a hospital or die with the ball. He's decisive, working for space and looking to go forward and find space. Not second guessing himself and the team.

Havnt noticed Frizzle myself to be honest.
Ethan and Samisoni are very visible. Scott Barrett too.

Just being there is half the battle instead of ruck inspecting. Hit someone. grab something. be a nuisance.
This. A thousand times.

Correct. And yet still they have the talent to lead SA at halftime. Maybe they've got their tails up knowing it's Ian's last game as well as the fact they need to show they deserve a spot.
Not sure Clarke got the memo though.

I'm not suggesting Beauden has been in good form lately, he really hasn't, but people are massively overstating how well RM is playing. His kicking has gone a long way towards keeping SA in the game despite the benefit of altitude and that intercept was unforgivable. The difference this week is Ryan has had more time with our pack and they are finally winning collisions at the breakdown.

soynds like the eternal battle over best 10 to lead ABs continues...would prefer BB not play at all this week and rest that neck, myself..

Take your BB eye patch off for the second half bro. Even if it's just to watch a 10 kicking like a 10, not kicking like a prop.

Will Brodie find his way back into the starting side? Well I hope they don't overplay Sam W.

Beauden would be crucified for 3x chip kicks that gave the ball away, one in our own 22, and then followed those up by throwing an idiotic intercept. I wear my BB eye patch with pride, but some people are obviously wearing 2x RM eye patches.

That’s the first mistake Pearce has made
That advantage was over ffs
