@Donsteppa and then the uncharacteristic errors, sure the pressure does that too, but if you aren't clear on what you and the guys either side of you are meant to be doing, where you are going, that split second of indecision can be huge.
There has been zero improvement in 5 years, sure that's not all on Foster, but if he was a good coach he'd have recognised some of the issues earlier and put plans in motion to rectify.
From what I hear about Razor, it's his meticulous preparation and planning that sets him apart, not necessarily HIS coaching abilities, but the fact he gets everyone on the same page, unlike now as I'm not sure all our guys are even reading the same book...
I can understand why Razor might want to stay out of it right now. It appears we have so much to do to clean out the rot from 2019. But I wish he'd take up the challenge and I'd accept the consequences and not blame him if we don't have a miraculous turnaround
Will it be any better next year after the RWC?
I guess he could start from scratch and pick his team after SR with time to set up his systems

@canefan well I think EOYT would be a better opportunity, maybe NZR give him control of picking the other nz 15 too, so he can pick his AB and 2nd 15, plus it will allow him to get any npc players that catch his eye

Now we go to South Africa and can't handle there aerial bombardment, a tactic they've used on us before. Same Cane said it was a game of margains. He's right bloody big ones. We were up against a crowd who were so joyous and having fun. ABs were nervous, consigned to the fact they were going to be criticised. I don't care if they lose again this year. I want them to free up and have some fun
