Quarter Finals according to the NZ Super Rugby website (not on the SANZAAR website yet):
Great. My canes earn a trip to the graveyard that is Bruce Stadium. Our record there is appalling

They haven’t realised that the key to success at Bruce is to get the crowd jeering and booing.

If they didn’t drop the bonus point against the force and won against the drua they'd now be sitting 4th and you'd back them comfortably against the brumbies at home...

For sure. And they had their chances to avoid this predicament, they get what they deserve

funny little comp we have here aye
12 months ago the table ended up
Blues
Crusaders
Chiefs
Brumbies
Canes
Waratahs
Red
HighlandersFirst and third swap, the Drua jump in over the 'landers. Otherwise it's a very familiar story.

@mariner4life Another way of looking at it is
Last year the gap between 7th and 11th was 23 competition points.
This year the difference between 7th and 11th was 5 competion points.

Last year the gap bewteen 1 and 7 was 23 points. This year, 33 points.
There's a massive gap developing in the comp, it's not healthy, but it ain't going away soon

@KiwiMurph This may be proven totally incorrect, but I'm picking it to be even tighter across the board next year. I do worry about Moana and potentially the Drua, but all of the Australian teams are likely to take a step forward/NZ sides a step back, simply because the carrot of the Lions Tour/Eddie Jones has meant strong player retention.
Western Force to crack the Top 6, and I think it could well be that they along with another Aussie side (The Tahs?) crack the Top 4. Should be good fun for all.
