I luken it to my work. We are expected to use our BWC all the time, but when it comes to discussing how we are going to deal with a certain situation the cameras are turned off so we can discuss things honestly and without the risk of what we say coming back to bite us in the bum. We can openly disagree with each other. It's the same with the TMO. Sometimes I get the feeling they agree with each other so they appear on the same page. With what we just saw I thought the TMO hinted that he disagreed with the ref when the ref said shoulder to shoulder then head. The TMO made a point of re-showing him another angle after that.

@crazy-horse I had that impression, too, but I agree with the ref that it wasn't more than a yellow.

Thing is though, it will just come out during the week which is probably worse.
