Warriors probably have the worst set of wingers and centres in the comp. If there was no Walsh, the backline would have zero linebreaking ability.
How bad was that guy with number 4 on his back?
I don’t know his name (don’t want to), and I’m not going to call him a centre because that would be an insult to players that actually know how to play centre. Useless.
I thought we got stitched up on a couple of calls, but par for course stuff when we play, but given the game was there for the taking, I just knew we would be disappointed, again.
I won't say his name then, but I'll tell you his dad's name instead and it's Marty Berry. He was easily the worst on the field. He's not the most experienced league player, but no excuse being that poor.

I thought the Cowboys were destined for the spoon but they've just smoked the Raiders
God the 2 teams I am interested in suck

I think I read somewhere he's played 20 games of league, total.

If you’re a bit of a tragic, a great watch on the Matty Johns face-to-face with Tim Sheens. The player turned coach at Penrith, the Raiders glory days, then the hard times at the Cowboys, and then to the Tigers.
Great yarns and brought back good memories from a golden age of league.

well alright
We've got the Tigers this weekend. The Tigers are, as usual, complete shit. The club is just another NRL basketcase.
And, this week they are copping shit in the media because they lost on the weekend, and two guys played pokies the night before. Neither had a beer. neither broke curfew, but in the feeding frenzy caused by needing a team to whale on, the Tigers are an easy mark.
So yeah, if this is the Warriors i know and love, then i expect the Tigers to galvanize for exactly one week and win. If we lose this, then we are very much in the market for the spoon (if we weren't already).

Its a little bit of everything you say, for me the warriors should win this even with their third halves pairing in three weeks. However given what is happening in Tigertown and the pressure already mounting on Madge, I fully expect a Tigers outfit to appear much better than what we have seen for the last two weeks and probably beat us as a result.
Still if the Tigers outfit turns up and delivers more of the same and we still lose, then hand us the spoon now

as completely expected the Sharkies are too good for the Dragon
Nico Hynes bucking the trend and actually being good after leaving Melbourne.
Euan Aitken is quitting teh Warriors because he doesn't want to move to NZ.

absolutely and in pouring rain...great player
-
wow I have watched the two worst teams play for sure..wooden spoons each of them, Oprah time, you get a spoon, and you get a spoon, useless fluffybunnies
-
God the warriors are a tough watch. Did everything to lose a game to an absolute dogshit side in the Tigers
Is there a single player on the roster you would play money to watch?

Nice to see him rewarded with another start this week - his first touch driven back 5-10m in the tackle. Second touch loses the ball. I won’t say his name….
Only positive last night (other than winning) was we did ok whilst we had a player in the bin. Sure it was the Tigers, but I had very low expectations when we were down to 12.
I couldn’t stop laughing after the kick off to start the game, in our very first set we had someone diving for a shocking pass.
As bad as we have been, we really should be 2-1

We had thr chance to ice the game, Tigers were shot, big holes to run in to on the right with numbers,
And the ball ends up in Matt Lodge's hands and he threw it in to the ground for a turnover.
We're diabolical.

Although for me Matt Lodge was one of the better players over all on the night which says something. Yes he made three errors , but second highest on tackle count and led hit ups.
The errors from our play makers were more telling, Im looking at you Kodi, CHT and Egan. Or bad decisions on field, like Egan charging for the line near the end, when Walsh screaming to get the ball because he was marking Uto who couldnt stand.
Or lastly CHT thinking he was clever trying to milk a penalty only for the TV ref deciding he needed to come off for that HIA assessment, which obviously he was going to pass......duuuumb
We won, but geez it was horrible. I agree with @ACT-Crusader I was certain with 12 we were toast, but creditto them for holding strong in that period

I was only half watching this as I was watching another game with NZers actually playing but Egan, errors notwithstanding, appears to be running more, and running more effectively this year? Maybe my constant bagging of him is paying off. Finally success, I could never turn Kata into a competent centre with many years of effort.

Egan overall has looked much more effective this year and especially in his running game, if it was from all of our bagging then there is hope for the rest of the team ha ha.
He made a bad call in that instance but wasn't our worst, but you do expect better from all of our play makers in that situation.
