    Now do Bridge!

And further to those stats, some of the kicks Jordie was attempting to cover should have been Bridge's but he was having to try and cover anything he thought he could get to as Bridge was an absolute liability.

The only justification for Bridge being selected is him being a "safe" player, i.e what he lacks in size or pace or skill he makes up with a very low error rate and exceptional option taking. So he has almost zero scope for effing up because not effing up is essentially the only thing he brings to the table. IMHO Jordan was just as bad but he at least offers that incredible speed and a very underrated kicking game.

Can anyone find detail stats for this game? Looking for individual player stats for joining rucks.

I don't know of any site that currently keeps that data (or I'd be all over it). I'm tempted to get a license for Opta or one of the paid services, but my geekiness hits its limit when it impacts on my wine budget.

I'm watching the 3rd wales test 2016, ABs up to 16 handling errors by 75 mins. That's a similar number of turn overs.

Ben Smith just dropped one too 17.

More fun than the SA game!

we should have been taking every point we could get

will hopefully also be one of the LEARNINGS we take from this game, take the points when on offer.

Once a team playing as SA did are chasing it, things will open up hugely.

    Yup

That's why I don't criticise Ardie for going for a try. We were in attacking position and they were under penalty pressure. IF the gap had opened by a try that would have given us a real advantage in managing the game.

Totally agree - and with the ABs strategy. My only complaint is that while Ardie went for the points when it wasn't working, he should have done it a bit earlier to get us more than 3 points ahead.

One thing TSF is terribly good at is straw man arguments.

It's entirely fine and proper to point out a player isn't up to Test rugby at that stage of their development. That doesn't rule out maturity and improvement. It certainly doesn't rule out criticism.

Again that's not the argument. It's when a player is ripped to shreds as being shit, not up to it etc. And again let's stop pretending nuance is a thing here.

Nuance is a thing everywhere. If only you can recognise/understand it.
    And it's "balderdash".
Boulder Dash was a sweet little computer game.

Stick to reviewing shitty Movies. It's a much better use of your time.
