National sports journalism at its finest . . . I think I could do this job

All you need to know: Late change for All Blacks as star ruled out
Head coach Ian Foster has made six changes to his lineup for Sunday's match, from the one which beat Australia last weekend. But those changes don't notably weaken the All Blacks — Foster has been able to replace wingers Rieko Ioane and Will Jordan with Sevu Reece and George Bridge, without losing any pace or power in the back three.

without losing any pace or power. . .

    ALB out, Rieko at 13.

    Any reason given?

@machpants Yes, I’m curious too. Haven’t found any other mention of ALB being out.

@steven-harris Looks like the ABs game could be in doubt if your info is correct. I Foster breathes a huge sigh of relief as he manages to not worsen his 50% win/loss record against the Argies if no play happens.

Announcing no new cases as I type, so the game should be good to go.

    @higgins
Just got this update from my contact
Yes all clear for now as 8 cases in same or related households. However, pending 600 or so key contacts test results will determine if they go in for a snap lockdown. So in reality, every chance lockdown looks within next 72 hrs
    Looks good to go.

Hearing there’s a 50/50 chance Queensland will be in lockdown tomorrow., got a contact in the COVID response team across the ditch ..see what happens .

Recent lockdown was restricted to specific LGAs. We were outside the lockdown area in Fraser Coast.

At this stage the cases seem to be South West of BNE so hopefully it doesn't drag in GC.

Maybe they can all escape to Townsville if they lock down Bne.

    The other problem: NRL.

If everyone is suddenly competing for space, fleeing to Townsville may not be an option.

Tupaea covers both midfield spots (better at 12 though). Ennor is only really a 13/wing so can understand the bench choice.

Good player - very interested to see how he goes next step up.

Must be awesome for young Kiwi guys knowing they've both done their time in the lower levels like NPC and will also get into a fairly stable setup like the AB camp.

The experience is significantly different for our rookies.

Looking forward to seeing everyone take their opportunities and should be a good test for some of the new faces.

Let's hope it's something strong, one that starts with real impact but then leads to sloppy play later on.
