All Blacks vs Fiji

Really enjoyed this contest ,seeing another repeat of last week would have done nothing for anyone..
Fiji really bought it physically showing the benefits of many of their forwards especially playing in France and Europe in general but I suspect being stuck in isolation and lack preparation finally told especially in and around breakdown accuracy and discipline..All Blacks looked better when both Whitelock and Coles were on the field ..but in terms of consistency I thought Ethan Blackadder playing in the unfamiliar jersey was very solid ..biggest disappointments to me where Sotutu,Tuipulotu and Frizzell..Agree on those three. Also thought Taylor lacked accuracy and the starting two props looked lost out there too.

@taniwharugby Yup, Test level is a far tougher, tighter style of footy. Doesn't matter how well you go at the level below, you're either made for test level or you're not, and Frizell is not.

Once again the lack of go forward up the middle was an issue. In fact, Fiji won that battle. It is a feature of "Foster teams" from the hapless Chiefs to the ABs since he has been involved. You saw Rennie's Wobs take a different tack and attack up the middle against the French to some effect. It was the Blackadder-coached Crusader's problem as well.

@stargazer I wont click into the twitter feed, but most will probably say it is ok and Kiwi thugs deserved it....
shame if the Fijians lose him, which they should.

@tim these players arent shit all of a sudden, sure they are all older, that should make them tougher, smarter, not softer.
Have to think something is just not clicking
For a long time though…think we have to select and train players to win tests, not Super 15 games.
