Sky Sport is a step backwards in terms of easy access to watch this game. Spark had hour long highlights packages, and full replays on demand. Sky don't seem to have this, it's pretty annoying
Sparks cricket coverage is brilliant.
Apart from live you have your chose of full session replays, long highlights and mini highlights. -

I think we want to try to play assertively but not recklessly. We are in the box seat right now, and we want to shut India out of winning the game. At the same time if we can put ourselves in a position to try and win then great. But we don't want to chase a win only to let them back in chance
This is the right of it - a draw is a shared championship, no need to go all out just yet and risk that.

@Damo @MajorRage @Chris-B some pretty optimistic scenarios you fullas are throwing out 😀
Given the way this pitch is playing and the quality of both sides, it seems a draw is the only likely outcome.
I agree that a draw is the most likely outcome.
I also believe that if everything goes horribly wrong for us on this innings, (like all out for 150) a draw is still very likely. India will still need to bat cautiously because if they collapse we probably can chase them down.
Where we perhaps differ is that I believe if we go really well (by scoring really quickly) there is a plausible prospect that we can win.
In other words, while I believe draw is by far the most likely result, us winning is a much better bet than us losing. Hence we should take some risks - even undue ones.
I am serious that we should try and score at 4 an over + from the start tonight and see what happens. The risk is worth it imo.

This pitch is hard to bat on. Agree we should play assertive cricket (rather than aggressive), but expecting 4/over from the outset is a big ask.
CDG could be a key person for us... 50 quick runs in the context of this game would be sensational. Althouhg - if Pant can't score runs quickly, who can?

A shared championship on the back of a draw is barely a smidgen above losing the test for me. I'd rather we went for it and lost, then just blocked for a draw. Winning is everything.

Big time. Do Sky not do on demand? I was wanting to watch replays of Euro at my leisure but all I can find is replays, nothing on demand, and there's no option to record games that I can see like there is with the old sky boxes. Am I missing something?or obvious? Or are Sky just that fucking terrible?

Pants dismissal was embarrassing for any cricketer let alone an international.
It looked like something from the family unco at the post Xmas dinner backyard bash. -

they've only just figured out that VOD and streaaming could be a thing their customers want.... and maybe the sunset industry they are in could improve. I hope htey change up, as Spark are a generation ahead in tech right now

I don't know how we ever managed without on demand TV before

I think this article by Aussie arse kissing Pom Mark Nicholas sums up the coverage so far absolutely perfect.
Waxing lyrical about the Indian player consistently, disappointment when they get out, many an anecdote about pretty much so all teams that play the game apart from NZ, and then a couple of lines dropped in to mention the opposition (who are arguably ahead in this test).
I didn’t get far into that wank fest before abandoning ship. Keep trying to keep yourself relevant Mark.

Actually my one qualification re the go all out mantra is that we don't completely fucking embarrass ourselves. By which I mean for example if we get bowled out in this innings in the pursuit of quick runs, it's in attempting to play proper shots in difficult conditions as opposed to playing stupid shots.

Ive got an idea, why don’t they decide a drawn final on who ever scored the most boundaries during the course of the game.
Or an even better idea, which I’m sure the
BCCIICC would jump at - which ever teams country has the highest population?
