Tuipolutu should spend more time making an impression in the game than with bilingual post match speeches. My patience has ended with his inconsistent performances.

Geez how long was the interview? Sounds like a lengthy one.

I am a big fan of Patrick but I agree

I am officially on the Blackadder bandwagon. Best 6 in the country by a country mile at the moment. Suppose it helps when your forwards are always gaining momentum though.

Good game. shame the Blues never looked capable of winning with the Crusaders just too good

Blues made too many unforced errors. And lacked discipline
Black looked ordinary. He no where near AB level. And if the Blues want to compete for the title they need a diff 1st (I would prefer JGB). I guess Barrett is back next year but he's now well past his best. Maybe one of the young guns will step up
The Blues back row is not an AB back row

But Blues are getting close. Find a (much) better 1st 5 (a key). Stop the silly unforced error. A lot more discipline. Welcome a league super star next year. And a bit of luck and they might topple the Crusaders

Huh, can't say I recall seeing a ceremony for 100 super games before. Has this always been a thing?

@bones I think Ash Dixon might have had one not long ago? (Canes + Landers games)

Massive engine and is winning most collisions. Not sure if he is the best, but he is right up there. He has made a pretty big difference to the Saders this year. I never realised how good he is.

@crazy-horse Yeah he was brilliant. Him and Jordan were the best for the Crusaders and they mauled us off the park today. We really were taught a massive lesson today.

    Congratulations to the Crusaders.
Just too clinical when it really mattered ,Cody Taylor to me summed up their effort , seemed to be in the thick of everything.
And they also showed what a quality team they really are , whenever they visited the 22 , they scored points , and that’s what good teams do .

I have got say whilst we have seen ton of improvement in the Blues , .the coaching staff have got some selections totally wrong .

Conservative is the word that comes to mind ..if your going to pick a halfback , you pick your most skilful one and then the one that will give you something off the bench as seen by Finlay Christie ..

I also think when you are playing the Crusaders, you need work rate and another line out option ..Tom Robinson bought that and more ..if it meant playing Soututu or Akira Ioane off the bench , then so be it ,.they to me are both much of a muchness ..Soututu was very quiet ..

I also would have started with Choat , he’s a specialist jackler..and he will give you work rate plus ..

To bring in Bryce Heem makes me shake my head , especially when I have seen Jacob Ratumaitavuki Kneepkins ripping up over the last 2 weekends for the Blues under 20s..also Emoni Narawa yesterday playing for the Blues under 20s and even Tanielu Tele’a who thought would have been a better option .

Today’s game emphasised to me while there are some players in the Blues who are much improved but in reality when it really matters they get found out under real pressure , none more so than Jonathan Ruru ..
Who he got so minutes in the 2nd half beggars belief ..

Yea Blackadder was Massive for us as was Sione Havili,Taylor and Whitelock in the forward pack
Mounga had a massive impact he blew Black off the park.
Goodhue and Havili in the MF were great as well.
From the Blues Robinson,Cowley-Tuitoi,Choat and christie made a big impact of the bench very impressive.
Disappointed in Akira and Hoskins didn't look like Ab's tonight.

I get he has a shitty past and people won't forget, but it was hardly soccer level. He could have easily milked that for more.

Yep I think you have totally nailed it from a Blues perspective. From a Crusaders viewpoint I am glad Robinson,Choat,Christie and Cowley-Tuitoi didn't start it would have Made it a hell of a lot harder.

These two were the biggest let down for me. With the ABs in mind I really wanted them to take it to the Crusaders and for the most part they didn't.
