Highlanders v Crusaders

@kiwiwomble I thought the Highlanders would go with Collins at centre. It worked last year.
And Ioane at 10 and Hunt at 15 worked last year too. I'm not sure why Brown has changed things up.
But you don’t rate Collins so it probably doesn’t matter who we choose
-
Interesting , these at least two but maybe as many as four or five from that team would wouldn’t be out of place in the first team
-
@kiwiwomble I rate him higher than the other centre options.
That Bravehearts midfield is probably what they should try at some point.
-
@dice so do I, but until the last five minutes I was very much a lone voice on the forum in that regard so excuse me if these revelations seems a bit funny
I assume browny is on here looking for suggestions so finger crossed
-
@kiwiwomble I hope so or he'll be fired soon too.

Fuck you rugbypass.
The stream is working really well via a browser app on the telly.
You serious? Watched on Mac, and picture was as if they were in a studio!
Yeah I was pleasantly surprised! Found the telly had a browser app, logged into liverugby on there and maximised, hey presto! It buffered once just prior to the game but was otherwise seamless and better than the Amazon streaming from last year.

@bones maybe a bit harsh, and it aint like I havent been wrong before, but thier set piece looks like it will struggle against the other sides, which will put all other aspects of thier game under pressure, Smith only has so many rabbits in his hat!
Hmm... lineout tweaks aren't hard to implement and there's 2 AB locks to come back.
Scrum is as good as last year at least, which didn't lead us to the wooden spoon. It got more reliable throughout the season.
-
Brown can't have been impressed with TUJ's early season form. As he talked him up as a likely starters only a few months back

You don't think Parkinson will be an AB after having already been mentioned as in the squad until he got injured?

Taylor try was forward pass from Whitelock.
Maybe. Those short passes that might be marginally forward get missed all the time. It deserved a try because of the Tu'u poor effort
Fairly weak point. If you let Crusaders have that one, you ought to chalk up 7 for disallowed Clan try, so at least a losing bonus point. And completely different last ten.

I’m not sure that it was forward
Watch it again. On Rugby Pass there was great angle. And near halfway, so can see offside line.
Thought it live, and on rechecking ball forward and Sam’s hands very clearly so.

P.S. Codie showed excellent speed.

@kiwimurph "“If you look at tonight's game that's what sad about rugby at the minute,” he said. “We had 60 per cent possession, 60 per cent territory...we only concede eight penalties and they're conceding 19 penalties and numerous penalty advantages against them and then two yellow cards and they still win."
Replace rugby with Highlanders or any other team trust is obviously inferior to the opposition. The fact the saders had all those punishments and still won showed the class difference. It Also showed the Highlanders were fucking stupid for not taking the 3, seven times the arrogant cocks, if the captain had used those penalties game to Landers.
Spot on I read this a lot after the Crusaders win,No matter by how much or little there always is a bitch session, disappointing its an opposition coach here doing it.Blues fans from the 80's copped this same stuff just because they were too good for everyone.
look inwards on the real reason you lost or its going to happen again and again,You can only fix what you have control over then you become better. -

I was able to log in on my Panasonic’s browser, but then trapped in endless buffer.
Think broadband wireless connection was OK so assuming the browser not up to scratch.
What hardware are you on?
-
@pakman just got a Sony, sorry for the life of me can't remember the model number! Cheapish 49 inch uhd model with Google TV. There was already a browser app on it when I looked so gave that a bash.
Think it only set us back 600 odd from Amazon...
Got a cheaper bigger screen Phillips I'll try it out on next week..
