@Mokey How bad? Twickenham 99 bad? Johannesburg 04 bad? Lancaster Park 94 bad?
2020 bad.
Are Ian Foster and Covid the same thing? Cause Covid didn't exist before Foster was the coach of the All Blacks

@KiwiMurph PUJ and..ALB?
We had 4 years of revolving doors at 12/13 in the hope of finding a settled combination and it really didn't go that well.
Foster seems to have stuck with ALB/JG at 13/12 as his top pairing for a few tests now and I think it should stay that way. It's one thing he's actually done right IMHO.
Same. Look to the players around them making poor decisions and not executing.

The Argies are generally a likeable team. I used to like them even during the Porta years when he was the only back above 9 allowed to join in..
They got a bit bothersome with lasers and Latin football behaviour but absolutely fair dues to this Ledesmo team. Really smart and obvious tactics turned on and off : niggle early on, target Coles and then, Frizell. Plead with the "scared to offend" ref for as long as you can. Milk a charge down attempt. Then in the premiership quarter, mind your p's and q's to the letter and stay onside, roll away, stay way back last feet - I found myself wondering if my team possessed such discipline, and why not? Finally infringe the fuck just to use up the clock.
And never miss a tackle
Superb strategy and execution and A knock out win to Ledesmo over Foster.
I'm still wondering if my team is capable of such routine discipline.

Seriously, was this the worst AB performance ever?
Been watching for more decades that I care to mention, but yeah.
Imagine the 2nd half of the '99 semi but for the full game.

Canāt see us being semi finalists in 2023 if we carry on like this
We might be lucky to make it out of the pool stage...
Especially if we get Ireland and Argentina.

Argies coach in tears, I canāt imagine our guys having this much passion
Maybe if Maccas is shut

So they used all their passion at Level 4 this year?

I think Foster might have - tho maybe they have drone delivery for KFC near him?

Havenāt watched yet, nor read the thread. But just seen the score by mistake.
On that, fuck you sky, a replay was supposed to be on at 9.45, I flick over at 9.46 and I see Kirwan and co still talking about an All Blacks loss. What the actual fuck.
About time Mark Robinson called his old sparring partner Scott Roberson for a bit of a chat.
Can not believe we lost to Argentina, whose players have played no club footy, and no test since last years World Cup.
Do the right thing and walk Foster.

I honestly canāt think of any positives the ABs can take away from that. Everything about it was pedestrian and generic. It could have been literally any one of dozens of try-hard teams from anywhere on the planet. No heart, no fire, no imagination, mediocre execution. All a bit āmehā.
If 2020 wasnāt shit enough we get this pap served up.
