@mariner4life they got a few tries from set piece which were excellent. Our set piece went well, yes JG missed a tackle but it happens. The ABs overall kicking game was very good finding space. BB chip for Mounga shows some good game IQ. A Smith delivery was excellent and they won by a record margin. Yes the Wallabies were shit and yes after half time we struggled a bit but I was very happy with the performance. Can we do better, of course but after Wellington I will take that performance every day of the week.

If I'm Dave rennie our first try is the one that pisses me off the most.
Decent but not outstanding maul, simple phase to the posts and then switch back. Same as every other team in the world does. And we have a 4 on 1 overlap? That's appalling

Communication breakdown I assume, whose job is it on D to ensure that doesn't happen? I guess the winger should be yelling, the pillar at the ruck should be yelling and the 15 should see it early you would think.

It was still a sweet pass from Smith to execute and take advantage of the overlap, that Karl T almost stuffed mind you.
I think we are still in building mode. Three tests in and we are basically relying on our defence as combinations build, particularly in the backs.

@Daffy-Jaffy interesting. He speaks surprisingly well...

@ACT-Crusader Is it just me or is ESPN's Lineouts won stat pretty bloody meaningless?
Would be a bit more interesting if they credited the jumper.

@Chris-B they include quick lineouts in there too dont they
ESPN count the thrower not the receiver, hence three ABs recorded a âlineout wonâ - Coles, Taylor, Moâunga.
Agree with @Chris-B itâs a pretty useless stat
