@mariner4life green but no fear, perhaps also the reasoning for us to pick our bench the way we did

Who gets subbed in the backs will be interesting.
Does Mo'unga get replaced at some stage to allow BB to move to 1st 5 and JB to fullback?
Roane is more likely to play on the wing than at centre with Laumape also on the bench. I don't think both midfielders will be subbed.
Yep, a strategic bench. Replace JG with Laumape, move BB to 10 and put Roane on JBs wing while JB moves to 15.
Brings BBs experience in closer to finish the game while adding firepower.
Also Oz are scratching a little in the centres so Laumape could cause a little havoc. -

@akan004 i think the counter if he had would be that foster has been part of the system for a long time and so he should have a good feel for what he wants to do where as Rennie is still sorting the deck
Yep, Rennie is still working out who his players are, what his combinations are. Foster has seen that first hand for years.

I know Rennie is the golden boy atm but can you imagine if Foster started chopping and changing the team the way he did, we would all be on his back . Not the best way to build combinations.
Doesn't help that he's had to by injury.

Hope that Paps comes on and has a stormer. Would be nice to have another option to Frizzell.
Paps has the size and 'hardness' along with some impressive speed and running lines developing.
I think he may be another that was identified a little too early and is only just maturing. -

I know little about them having not watched much of the aussie comp this year .
Are they any good ?
-
@kiwiinmelb They were each the best players in their position out of the five teams - but given they are all so young/inexperienced i can see why we havent seen much from them yet.

@Crucial Based on SRAu Simone and Petaia are our best two centres. Both pretty green, though.
Apart from 'Simone and Petaia' sounding like characters from a revamped Lion King, I was thinking more about test experience including the bench. All green. Experience counts when legs get tired.

Sounds like a big call to throw all 3 in at once

Simone played alongside Goodhue at MAGS. Apparently grew up supporting the Wallabies over the ABs. What a fluffybunny.
