Who will get a first SR contract ?

A number of youngsters have emerged this year.
Here are a few who are springing to my mind.Lord (Taranaki) : carries a lot and more strongly than his lean frame would suggest. However, he should add a few kgs to that frame.
Kneepkens (Taranaki) : great finisher and solid all round player. He's really fast.
Parsons (Hawke's Bay) : not very young but he is the type of player who won't let you down. He's big and strong and I don't understand why midget locks have been selected and not him.
Boult (Manawatu) : a hard man to stop. Physical winger.
Finau (Waikato) : more a 6 than a lock IMO. He drives hard.As a neutral I find your posts very anti-Canterbury...
Agree with @Duluth, Choat should be high on a couple of SR franchises as a good back up openside that could cover 6 in an emergency.

how many super spots are available? Usually all but sewn up by now arent they?
Shame Harrison Levien had to have surgery, as I like his game at 9, rapid pass, decent kicking and has a crack at the defence.
Pryor aint gonna be a newb, but in some form at moment and would be a good squaddie for any of the teams.
Outside our guys who have contracts already, cant see any others picking one up.
Someone should defo take Hawkins though!

Is anyone on the Fern responsible for this page? It’s bare bones right now, but interesting nonetheless
-
@ACT-Crusader geez, had forgotten completely about Nathan Harris! Will be interesting to see what kind of form he can produce.

Josh Lord is already part of the Chiefs system having played in a preseason game and being involved in trainings. It's only a matter of time until he gets a full contract because 2 m+ locks aren't easy to find. With 2 locks having left there are spaces available for 2021. Brown is not a lock so they should be picking specialists.

Oh, Sam Caird picked up his first contract, with the Waratahs (spent some time in blues dev side this year )

I am not anti-Canterbury as I am a neutral (French). I had doubts about Newell. Is he already signed ?

Norris perhaps?
Xavier RoeNorris has played a few games with the Chiefs during the SRA.
I forgot Roe. He is one to watch next year. -
Jacob Norris from Ta$man looks very good (brother of Ollie from Chiefs?). Most of the top suspects noted above. But, Kaylum Boshier, Jared Adams, Valance Te Whare, Rameka Poihipi, Chad Elton, Charles Alaimalo all show something worth a closer look. Would like to see Regan Ware in super rugby too.
