This has been a fine game of footy so far. Wallabies look like a different beast compared to previous years, long may it continue.
"Wallabies losing by less than 10 points is acceptable. Wallabies winning are not"

Amazing how poor kicking has such a impact on the game these days. Gifting possession to players with lots of space in middle of Park is dangerous.
Let's be clear: Mounga doesn't offer much against a structured defence. Pretty much all your first phase play in the early part of the game is designed all around him but he's not directing it. Hit 2 or 3 phases then see if the line is a little fractured and let him inject himself.
Plus I hear that Barrett guy is a shit goal kicker

@Stargazer Calm down, he played the same role with Black for the Blues. The so called second playmaker.
Yep at first receiver a hell of a lot. Really good kicks and runs to get us around the park.

I’m not sure that is the case and if it is it shouldn’t be. It should be one of your bigger ball runners.

@MrDenmore That’s not real in the years. Brody is getting older and we need to develop new blood. He will not be our savior.
mate, I'd start a church I rate him that much. Plus, there's tax breaks...
-
@Stargazer Well he is right, no need to sulk about it. Having Beauden out there is taking pressure off Mo'unga, to his benefit. It means Mo'unga can pick his moments to inject himself, which is a good thing.

I'm not saying he should attack the line, but he's not integral to the play nor is he injecting himself as a threat. Might as well skip pass to Goodhue every time because that is the plan. I'm not saying it is right or wrong, but it is the plan.
We saw last week that RM really got going as the defense tired but he's still young and it isn't just the Saders beating up on everyone so different strokes.

Better with the pick and goes up the middle. Coles has made a real difference and it’s the most ball carries I’ve ever seen from Cane. Still missing Big Brodie and not convinced with Frizzel who runs too upright.
More forward play around the fringes has definitely helped our cause.
Just a little concerned that Smith has had to do a bit more directing of his fatties than I’d normally like to see though.

@nzzp Yes I get your love for the Broad’s. But we have four years until World Cup and he may not be in the mix
I'm not baptising you into my church with a (shudder) can of Waikato Draught.
Others welcome, come on in, all BBBR aficionado's welcome
