Both him and Moody. It’s crazy how often we use these two as receivers or passers.

I think it looked weird because the ref called tackle and the tackled player was still on his knees

I'm not entirely sure what happened but I assumed by the decision that he'd released or wasn't a tackler. That's the only way it would make any sense for it not to be a penalty
