Crusaders v Blues

Parsons doesn’t look good , reckon he is gone for the night
-
Nasty
-
Winning by shit kicks!
-
Hall’s box kicking is pop gun like
-
Interesting that Beauds almost never runs from the back in SRA so far.

It’s almost like his team has a plan to win the territorial battle or something...?

@Bones yeah it's been pointed out in some news articles.
Haven’t read the articles, what’s the go with it?
-
@ACT-Crusader as mentioned above, he's doing much more positioning, tactical kicks and passes. Not relying on his speed and acceleration, but nous and vision
-
Havili has been a turnstile on defence
-
As beaudy does a coach killer clean out
-
I know this won’t be popular on here but I think Justin Marshall has improved a lot as a commentator, less rambling and most of his insights are on point and make a lot of sense.

Second penalty against blue 15.
-
Penalties Could be costly for the blues
-
This game is surprisingly dull from a neutral perspective.

Yeah saders are very meh with the ball and there's a fair few clangers from both sides.

Akira's having a bit of an average game.

Hi bro is playing well.
-
Hall arghhhhh you had the gap, just run
-
-
WTF is this Blues playing against 16 men. This ref is looking out for technical penalties against the Blues, but it's a free for all when it comes to the Sanders. This long passage of play had so many instances that could've been penalised
-
Honestly I'm not convinced on Goodhue at 12, huge fan of the dude but he needs to be at 13. Weird that they make the space for Ennor when Goodhue is more than well proven at 13.

Are you kidding me? He’s comfortably winning every single collision he’s involved in

Yep. His positioning at 2nd 5 is regularly off. Would rather him at 13 with Havili in 12 and Jordan at 15.

Ok sort of game so far
-
Always wondered what England would look like in red jerseys...

Getting what I want from the game. Strong defence, good structure, hard to break down.
Giving ourselves a chance to win the game.
Be interesting if the four games in a row affects the Dockers second half

Oh here come the Akira haters again 🙄
That’s gold bro

To have a proper conversation about Akira, he’s thriving at six. Might be his spot

He seems to be enjoying quietly going around and physically bullying people at every opportunity. They seem to have found a way to harness his over aggression

Yeah, he’s picking his moments well. Nice to see the Blues use him on the run on attack too
-
Not a great spectacle but bloody good game so far with intensity and the blues looking dangerous and crusaders hanging on with experience but little flair. One of those games where individual mistakes stand out and execution must be spot on every time.
Good stuff so far fluffybunnies
-
Anything so his obvious ability isn't wasted

His defence has been good. He made one good run off set piece in the middle.
Shout out to Saders Christie who has been strong. Sanders also putting his shoulder in. Douglas anonymous
