Super lucky that’s not red
Correct call.
Legitimate attempt at a tackle. Poor technique.
Previously, direct force to the head has been red. They have changed for the knockouts. Lucky.

Eh? Collapsed maul. Should’ve been a penalty to the French.
Hard to claim when you're going backwards.
Easy to call given Wyn Jones was offside and not coming through the middle.
I'd have to watch it again, but my recall was that he was bound and one of the French players (no 5) left the maul, giving him the opportunity to grasp the ball.

Son of NT is reading the defence brilliantly.

I'm glad it's only a yellow, bu if he was consistent with previous refereeing decisions, it should have been a red. It will be interesting to see whether there will be a citing.
Most of the Red Cards have been for shoulder charges which connect with the head, not high tackles. Doubt very much we will see a citing.

Fickou is my MOTM so far. Penaud is also class. Great match with both sides having their moments.

@ACT-Crusader Was the best player for their U20s Champions teams in 2018 and 2019.

It's still direct contact with the head.

I'll post the framework later and then we can argue about it properly.
-
Yellow card hurting Wales. They look slow in comparison too. Slow of thought and execution.

First hit was to shoulder then rode up to head
