It would be so funny if the far north poms lost.
The track is going be wet. I saw footage of the Japanese team training yesterday and you could see the water kicking up. That and the tunnel from the sheds to the field was under almost half a metre of water yesterday morning

3-0 to Scotland sounds great to me!
Scots to win but lose.
That's what I've said all along. But I would like some tries if I am going to stay up and watch the game. 3 tries each would do just fine!

Want the scots to win for obvious reasons ,
But I would much rather support Japan , and not just because of the dramas,
Japan have been one of the few highlights of pool play so far for me , have enjoyed their approach to the game
If it's really wet then that will favour the Scots who will be doing everything they can to slow the game down
I dunno if that would favour the Scots, they have some decent backs they like to use and aren't exactly a team of big chug it up units. Japan and their accuracy however would probably love a nice slow game to tackle a team into submission.

I want Japan to go as far as possible and Ireland to get sent packing by us. Preferably with some tasty "controversy".
I'd prefer if we beat them straight up. No real or perceived controversies that keep them whinging into their beer for the next 10 years

That was a different ground.

Well that's my argument stuffed then

50 points, 6 or 7 tries would do nicely,
Am I asking for too much ?

@Snowy @jegga I do wonder though that if it was say England or NZ that needed to play to qualify whether or not the outcome from World Rugby would have been different. I'd like to think not, but I'm not so sure. Now this is not a dig and either team, more taking a view on the commercial decision that World Rugby might have taken.
It would have been exactly the same.
Any NZ team that had been thrashed in a pool match before playing the unbeaten leader of the pool would be considered so useless that they got what they deserved. World Rugby would delight -- positively delight -- in stiffing us. Taking the ABs out early in any tournament would vastly increase the interest from the neutrals to each succeeding match, as everyone would think they could pull it off.
And England have no Aura, so it isn't an issue.

At least one borderline forward pass and a debatable yellow card not handed out to an ab would be nice along with the usual amounts of skullduggery at the breakdown that cause whining about "all black invisibility cloaks" .
Also the scores should be close for about 60-65 minutes to give them false hope and then we pile on three tries to really twist the knife. -
It's one thing for the fans to carry on about conspiracy theories. For senior members of the SRFU to go on about us manipulating the situation, ignoring the fact that ours was only one of several games cancelled, is embarrassing to say the least. Based on this I would like Japan to them a new one, even if it means we face Ireland in the quarters. In reality I'd like Ireland to qualify top, one less high intensity match to negotiate on the way to a potential cup win

Yes and let one of SA and Ireland knock themselves out. Both scare me.

Yup.
No deal for the whiny Scots

I donโt see the point in playing them again , they bring nothing of consequence to the game and we donโt need two Irelandโs . Get Namibia over here for our RC warm up games and tack Georgia onto our next Nh tour .
