At least Ireland seem to be awake and up for this match. An improvement on the dross so far.

So after all the effort about coming through the gate, we've got to the point where we're completely ignoring that law?
A lot of laws are being ignored this Cup. It's all forward passes and high contact.
I'm a touch disillusioned and I really hope the knock outs restore my faith.

Sexton delivers.

It'll be interesting to see how the Irish pull after this match - pretty physical so far, a man down, missing their best midfielder for next week, up against a well-rested (c/o "conspiracy") AB team, they've got the perfect whinge ready if it all goes to poo next week.

@Derm-McCrum Still a cheating girly fluffybunny

Being down to 14 men isn't such an issue when you play 10 man rugby.
-
Samoan halfback got caught ball watching and the right winger wanted no part of it.
Poor defence.

My suspicion was there was no way he was five metres back at that scrum.
-
@ACT-Crusader No suprise considering he can't even get selected at Mitre 10 cup level.

Of course. I mean why aren’t they flinging it wide and scoring using all 14 players?

They’re missing their best midfielders this week.

Hopefully Bundee O'Aki gets banned for the rest of the tournament for that act of brutality. We don't need people like him in our game.

O’Aki?
What’s his father’s name?

Aki is not Ireland's best midfielder? Give over!
